Symptoms and Cause
The virus runs two programs automatically at Windows startup, and what you can see is the appearance of Chinese Sentences on your desktop.
This means simply that you get a virus or spyware, infected by saving files from a handy drive or from others.

Steps to Fix
1. Download the fix tool,by clicking here, and save it on your desktop or your designated location
2. Install the program that you have just downloaded.
3. Go to Start| All Programs| Security Task Manager|Security Task Manager
4. Click Continue
5. Locate and select two files'mslogon.exe' and'systemnt.exe'
6. Select 'Move file to quarantine',then Click OK
7. To confime, Click Yes
8. Select the two files,then Click Delete
9. To confirm,Click Yes
10. Exit by going to File>Close
11. Click Close
